LGTM. Just one non-blocking note: dependabot.yml has no pip entry for /integration-tests the report's "Dependabot opens the actual bump PRs" line won't hold for the four integ-test packages, and they're already stale enough to trip the first run. Do we have this planned as a follow-up at least?
